Chair and had a difficult time walking due to a torn meniscus in my knee. This young man went out of his way to offer his arm and make sure we got in and out of each vehichle driven safely. We chose a Tuscan and Manny & Matt the floor manager worked to get the issues that we needed, at getting us into an SUV that has options that we wanted within a payment that we could manage. They really cared about us as people and not just a sale.experience. . We did have a questionable interaction and a practice that we felt crossed a line, with Dale the finance manager, However the store manager Jake cleared up his inaccuracy. More
