Average Felt the whole process was lengthy. Salesperson was not "on top of their game"--failed to include car manual information. Also had told another salesp Felt the whole process was lengthy. Also had told another salesperson to start paperwork with me without meeting with me personally and getting verbal confirmation that I confirmed offer. Car license plates put on wrong due to trying to rush me out. Discovered upon returning home a grease spot on passenger seat. Also seemed to be lack of communication between the sales center and financing center. Was surprised at high interest rates quoted at finance center when sales center had been quoting me otherwise. Eventually got it settled in financing so I was satisfied, but feel the two centers should communicate better--don't give misleading information to customers. Overall, cannot say I was 100% satisfied with my experience. More
