Terrible mechanical service I few weeks ago I took my 2012 Hyundai Sonata to Stew Hansen's Hyundai dealership for an oil change & tire rotation. A week & a half ago I started he I few weeks ago I took my 2012 Hyundai Sonata to Stew Hansen's Hyundai dealership for an oil change & tire rotation. A week & a half ago I started hearing a strange noise. On January 21, 2019 I took my car to a local private auto repair shop near my home and the owner of the shop found that I had loose lug nuts on all 4 wheels. On the front right wheel, 4 of the lug nuts were so loose he could turn them by hand! I commute to work 50 miles round trip on I-80 5 days a week. Driving at 70mph 5 days a week, I could have easily had the front right wheel come off of my car causing serious danger to my vehicle and great harm me! Mary More
