Delivered exactly as promised I ordered my new 2019 Volvo XC40 well in advance in November 2017, before any XC40s arrived from Belgium at the end of March 2018. Without physically seeing the car, it was difficult to make right choices, but the Stillman Volvo Sales personnel was very helpful in that process, especially Kyle Butler. Kyle kept me informed of any status changes during the few months of waiting, so I did not have to wonder when the car would arrive. At the end the car arrived exactly as promised, and exactly as ordered, no surprises, no disappointments. I love the XC40, and enjoyed the process of taking position of the car with Angelo Molinaro. This is a very good beginning. More

Almost Fun! I hope that the used Volvo XC we bought with David’s help lasts as long as our 2002 Volvo XC Ocean Race-417,000 miles! This was despite two accidents (not his fault) in which this car saved my son’s life; insurance totaled the car both times, but we refused. Can’t beat a Volvo for safety & longevity! The dealership went out of the way to deliver this car in great shape. David was personable, relaxed and helpful and Angelo did a great job as well with the usual flood of paperwork. No pressure, no problems, no hassle. This is particularly important since we live in Virginia; we came back to this same dealership from which we had bought the first Volvo in 2002, and this experience was as great this time as last!
