I had a great experience with Jeremy Taylor and Jeff Hess. I was looking for a Jeep and had a tight budget as it’s my first vehicle. Jeremy paid attention to everything I told him about my needs and wants for my vehicle and was very helpful in explaining the pros and cons of the used Gladiator I ended up getting. They also take very good care of their vehicles. I went to four dealerships and they were the only ones who had invested in the vehicle in services, tires and keeping it spotless inside and out. I am so happy with my new truck and extra happy that I can get it serviced with these guys!! More

Vehicle had undisclosed accident damage, dead animal in radiator, oil change with 2 quart with "NO ACCIDENTS" claim and Ford Blue Advantage warranty. Vehicle had undisclosed accident damage, dead animal in radiator, oil change with 2 quarts over, and $10,000+ in pre-existing issues. They now deny the warranty exists despite being on my paperwork and won't respond to emails. Currently filing complaints with Michigan AG, Ford Corporate, and BBB. More
