I love the fact that Stillwell's puts it all in black and white with a complete break down of the purchase. It leaves no doubt on where your money is going. DeWayne Eck had everything ready to go at closing and was very pleasant to work with. He doesn't pressure you into buying everything under the sun. He tells you what's available and leaves it at that. We haven't really dealt with the service department personally, but we have absolutely no complaints and they have been servicing our vehicles for the past several years. This was the best car buying experience I have had. The dealership was very fair in the 2013 Taurus pricing and very fair in pricing my trade in 2011 Taurus with 65K miles.
