Even though it was a good time to purchase a current model year vehicle with the new model year available, Mr. Cole was personable, professional and overall very nice to deal with. Overall, I was greatly impressed and overwhelmed at the level of committment Christopher and DeWayne put into helping me purchase my vehicle. Christopher asked detailed questions about my expectations of what I wanted and what I was looking for in a vehicle. DeWayne worked very hard at getting me the financing I needed to be able to get the car I wanted. He went above the call of duty an would not just settle until I was able to get in the vehicle I wanted at the price I could afford. Christopher and DeWayne both worked above the call of duty to get me into a vehicle. They would not settle until I was happy and confident with the decision that I had to make. The end result was priceless...I got the car I wanted, the price I could afford and the confidence I needed to make the purchase. I purchased a used 2011 Ford F150 XLT nice truck but when you spend over $30.000 for a truck, you kind of expect to get a owners manuel with the truck did not get one. Also this was a Saturday that I arrived I had an appointment with Josh Jackson, and either he forgot that I was coming because he was not prepared for our appointment. I was there to look at a certain truck that we discussed on the phone 3 days before, when I got there he did not even know where the truck was at come to find out it had been sold, ok I said can you show me something silimar he show me an FX4 that looked like some kid owned, mind you I am 50 and not going through my change in life I looked at him after he showed me this lifted truck and said are we on the same page because I feel you don't even remember what we talked about on the phone, he replied yes I remember Josh did show me a nice F150 XLT that I did end up buying Josh also told me that the dealership would detail this truck clean the inside and out. I got in the truck and drove it back to Jackson and I noticed that the dash still had dust on it and the carpet was not even vaccumed and the truck had not even been washed, very very unhappy with the service and i still do not have a owners manuel the dealership knows my address they could have sent me one by now. More

Drove from Toledo to Stillwell Ford, not knowing what to expect. What I found was a dealership who took time with me, was willing to work with me and treated me like family. I believe in loyalty, and Stillwell Ford has earned my loyalty. Of course if I was not happy with the purchase, my review would be different, but I love the car I purchased, the overall experience dealing with Stillwell Ford was absolutely worth the trip from Toledo.
