I was connected with Rob Sayles in early 2012 when I was looking for a Taurus SHO. He located one just like I wanted but I decided at that time that I would keep my 2005 Ford 500. I reached out to Rob Grossheim to express my interest in buying a 2013 Ford Taurus SHO in accordance my company's X plan partnership with Ford Motor Company. He went to work locating a SHO with the options buying a 2013 Ford Taurus SHO in accordance my company's X plan partnership with Ford Motor Company. He went to work locating a SHO with the options I wanted and the color I desired. He found the car within a reasonable distance from Ken Stillwell Ford and sent his guys to pick it up. On May 23rd I took delivery of the SHO from Ken Stillwell Ford and the buying process couldn't of went any smoother. Rob greeted me at the front door, shook my hand, and immediately walked me out to show me the 2013 SHO that I was going to buy. After making sure the car was up to my standards he escorted me into the finance manager's office for financing thru Ford Credit Company. I was REALLY happy at the 0% fianancing for 60 months that I qualified for. After signing all the documents with the finance manager, which was a pleasure to work with, Rob walked me out to my new car. Rob spent almost an hour getting me acquainted with the vehicle, from the Ford Sync Nav system to the seat and steering wheel adjustments... No stone was left unturned so to speak.
