This is the second 2021 Ford vehicle I have purchase this year. Both times my salesman was Mr. Christopher Finch from Stillwell Ford in Hilldale, Michigan. He is an exceptional salesman and that is exactly why I went back to him for my second Ford vehicle. When I inadvertently forgot to order running boards for my F-150 he got right on top of it and had them ordered and installed the day the truck was delivered to the dealership. When the truck arrived, he went beyond to call of duty and made sure I was awarded all the eligible discounts Ford had to offer on the vehicle. The vehicle was delivered to my house exactly at the time Mr. Finch had committed to by his delivery team. I will recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go to Stillwell Ford and ask for Mr. Finch to be their salesman.
