We usually love this dealership, But this last time there was a problem. They charged us for a service I told them I didn't want. When they called, I told them to wait on a particular item. I paid for it because the service manager said they had already done the work, but I emailed after to tell them I felt like it wasn't right. I still haven't received a response. I don't feel like the customer should pay for the shops mistake. Maybe they do this to make more money? I'm not sure as it has not been addressed. Either way, beware. I still don't feel it's right.
