Went to Ferman to look at Hummer EV and had a great experience working with Jaeda and Dave to purchase my new vehicle. Jaeda was very knowledgeable about the car buying process and upfront in grabbing one of the Hummer experts to stop over and explain things in detail when needed. Best thing about Ferman is they recognize and honor Military Veterans and their service to our Nation. Not only is there a graphic on the from door, but the staff thanked me several times for serving. Great team, great experience!

My experience with Wes was very pleasurable. Wes was efficient and made sure that I was satisfied with the service provided. Although the noise (whistle sound) that I hear when letting off the accelerator still troubles me because I have never heard that sound in the two years I've been driving my Equinox. But Wes assured me that he had the service department look at it and they all agreed that it was the 'turbo.' However, that 'whistle' still concerns me. Other than that concern, the service provided was very good.

I called to discuss some advertising literature I received in the mail. As soon as I mentioned the literature appeared to be somewhat misleading...Mr. Allison became rude, condescending, and abruptly hung up on me. I will never buy from them as a result of his actions, not to mention the deliberate misleading advertising aimed at getting you on their lot. I know, I know...all dealerships do it to a point...but this was by far the most sleazy piece of mail I have ever received from a car lot. It is certainly not conducive to establishing trust between a potential buyer and the dealership. As a result of this...if you are going to buy from them I would suggest that you get everything in writing.
