Take your car here and you won't be satisfied. I took my 23 Chevy Silverado 1500 custom (30 k on it) because it was getting poor mileage and a check engine light came on and the truck was bucking I took my 23 Chevy Silverado 1500 custom (30 k on it) because it was getting poor mileage and a check engine light came on and the truck was bucking and hesitating during acceleration. I even made an appointment 2 weeks in advance, they has truck for 3 days until I finally got an answer that the purge pump was bad and mysteriously out of stock and the truck was returning to me in the broken condition I took it in for under warranty. Now here's the kicker, I was told it could be weeks or months till it comes in yet the Certified GM parts center have this in stock. Meanwhile I, have no auto start feature any longer until repairs are made, and driving an unsafe vehicle which I have reported to my insurance company that can almost stall in traffic and risk being hit. In addition the worst gas mileage ever as I use the truck as primary transportation. I bet Steve H really cares about his customers. SMH! More

Very happy with everyone I dealt with. from the girl that set up my service appointment to my service advisor. I was scheduled a week out for an oil change, drove from Sun City to Stingray Chevrolet and was told they ran out of oil two weeks ago, Eric Scott never called to inform me of this. We are glad we made the choice to visit Stingray Chevrolet. We were met by our salesperson, Alan when we first arrived and unfortunately, the Traverse we had come to see was already sold. But, Alan said he had a certified Chevy Traverse (2021) that we might like in the white color that we wanted. So, we looked at it and fell in love with it immediately. We made the purchase and drove it away! Also, we just went for our first scheduled oil change and tire rotation a few days ago and was met by our service advisor ( Christian Gardner ) and was so impressed with his nice greeting and also knowledge of his job at the service department. We thank everyone at Stingray Chevrolet for a great experience. More
