Customers should be told the diagnostic is a 100.00. Never had a problem here before until recently. My check engine light came on asked them to check it he could have said it is a hundred dollars to ch Never had a problem here before until recently. And after the fact I was told it's the batteries and asked me if I had triple A because he didn't want this car to leave me stranded. Very disappointed. 171.oo for oil change and the diagnostic extra 100.00 I didn't have. Just wish I would have known up front they charge 100.00 for that test More

Perfect I use my Chevy 3500 in my business for hauling cars and can’t afford to have my truck down for service, every time I bring it in they get right on it. Dissapointed I took my car in for a 100k mike check up and an oil change. When I picked up the car an error showed up the second I turned on the car. No one in mai I took my car in for a 100k mike check up and an oil change. When I picked up the car an error showed up the second I turned on the car. No one in maintenance or the porter bother to mention seeing a code even though they would have to move the car to pick up, and no one left at the office knew what the code meant. It took them 3 days to research and let me know it meant I should look at a belt because I had hit 100k miles. This is not the first time the maintenance team did not do a thought test and check of the car before calling to say it was done. Last time I brought it in, the check engine light was still one and more work needed to be done. The icing on the cake was when trying to return the rental, I confessed I did not fill it up completely and women at the rental depart told me I had to leave the dealership to fill up a half a gallon of gas or pay a $20 fee. More
