Nothing but rude and degrading The sales side of Stingray was great. Their service dept, however, was rude, that called us liars, and refused to help us. Dorinda immediately made us feel like we had done something wrong and Robert refused to listen to what we had to say. After telling me how common the engine problem was, Robert lied to Customer Care and stated he had not told me that. When my insurance adjuster requested multiple times to have the truck lifted, so he could take pictures, he was brushed and told they would get to it when they were ready. It was so bad, my truck was towed to another service center to be repaired. I will not be buying another vehicle from Stingray, nor will I take my truck there for Service. More

On the fence with this visit I came in with a scheduled appointment with Ricky and he wasn’t even there the day i was dropped the car off. So I decided to have Bill help me. Had the a/c work done on this 2019 Chevrolet Camaro SS. Work was done fast and ac blows super cold when I picked up the car and it took a while to find Ricky. I tried to talk to him about the car and was kinda blowing me off about it and said the car will be around in a few to go pay for it. So i paid then it took the transporter 35 minutes to even bring the car around to me. I definitely wont be even dealing with Ricky again. More
