Great experience I purchased my car from another dealership used with an extended warranty I had never used before. This guy was great he took care of my warranty company to where my repairs didnt cost me anything. He ordered my parts and rescheduled my repair appointment got me in and out in no time. “Too busy” Anytime I need something done, they are too busy. I’ve set appointments for repairs that don’t fully get completed because they too busy. Jay was nice about it but doesn’t change the fact that everything takes so long to get fixed. Usually don’t have loaner cars available. I live 10 minutes from the dealer so I keep going back.
