Flat Tire I have a new 2019 Grand Sport Corvette. One day I woke up and one of the front tires was flat. I have run flats so the pressure only went down to 14 p I have a new 2019 Grand Sport Corvette. One day I woke up and one of the front tires was flat. I have run flats so the pressure only went down to 14 psi. I called StingRay and the operator forward my call to my service rep Joe. Joe explained how run flats work and encouraged me to put air in the tire and bring it in. Joe also explained that sometime runflats can't be repaired and that I might need a new tire. It so happened that the day I took my car in was the day the tire guy called in sick. Joe was so nice he arranged for a rental. The next day Joe called and informed me that was car was ready. He also informed me that I needed a new tire but that it was no charge because I had coverage. The whole process was smooth with the help of Joe. Thank you. More

Service was timely and exceeded expectations Jeremiah and the technician made sure the brake pad installation on my 2013 Corvette was everything it needed to be. He also performed the initial break-in steps during a two mile test drive. I thought I would have to do this. This type service is why the Tampa Bay Vettes club recommends Stingray for service. More

Oil change and tire rotation I used to go to the Sears Auto Center in Lakeland Mall. Since they are closing I decided to go the dealer.
