Scott Persin, the sales manager, drew me into the dealership with a very effective, personalized, direct mail piece. I wasn't looking to buy a new car, but the offer made motivated me to come to the lot. When it was time to close the deal he knew how to counter my offer without quibbling over a few dollars.
