Great Sales Associate! i was not looking forward to buying a car. I already had a trying experience with my prior car with a saleswoman at Dick Hanna's who didn't listen. I i was not looking forward to buying a car. I already had a trying experience with my prior car with a saleswoman at Dick Hanna's who didn't listen. I had told her I wanted a white car with light interior; she showed me black cars with dark interior. I don't like dark cars with dark interior, I feel like I am in a cave. So when I came to Stirling Honda I wasn't very friendly to the salesman. I told him exactly what I was looking for expecting him to treat me like I didnt know my own mind. I was very pleasantly surprised with Paul Miller. He listened. I he showed me the car I was looking for; explaining that they didn't have one with light interior however that wouldn't be a problem because he would be able to swap a car for the one I wanted. I bought my 2015 Honda CRV EX-L with the navigation system I wanted. Since I had to wait till the next day for delivery, I was given a rental car. Paul took the extra step to make sure the rental car had light interior. Thank you Paul, I appreciate it that you listened to me. Everyone was friendly. It was a very nice experience. More

Better than Oly I was trying to negotiate with a dealer here in Olympia, but was getting the usual treatment. Called Stirling and talked to Kristy who gave me a grea I was trying to negotiate with a dealer here in Olympia, but was getting the usual treatment. Called Stirling and talked to Kristy who gave me a great quote that was still good when I walked into the showroom two days later. She e-mailed me a picture of the car and sent me the specifications sheet so I knew what I was buying. Saved me almost $1200 on a three year lease! Tony was awesome too as he familiarized me with the car and got all the paperwork ready for me to sign. Great crew at Stirling. More

Fabulous SUV My initial meeting was with Arne. I was able to test drive a 2015 CR-V and we discussed the cost and the possible trade-in of my 2006 CR-V. I wante My initial meeting was with Arne. I was able to test drive a 2015 CR-V and we discussed the cost and the possible trade-in of my 2006 CR-V. I wanted to think it over and scheduled a follow-up meeting a few days later. But due to a family emergency, Arne was unable to meet and asked Omar to meet with me. Omar was able answer my questions and began the search for the model and color I wanted. There was a slight delay in obtaining my vehicle because Sterling had to wait for a CR-V to arrive so they could trade for my car. It was well worth the wait! Omar did a great job going over all of the features and making sure I was comfortable before I left the dealership. He has also made a couple of follow-up calls to make sure everything is as I expected. More

Great service I was NOT buying a new car: Through Colton's persistence we came to look at the 2015 CRV, I am still not buying a new car, I have a very nice 2012 CR I was NOT buying a new car: Through Colton's persistence we came to look at the 2015 CRV, I am still not buying a new car, I have a very nice 2012 CRV. I love the new side camera for changing lanes---awesome new addition. Keeping the payments the same was critical getting all the bells and whistles also very important to me. Ok so I am buying a new car. I have driven that new car before and never gotten the upgrades I wanted and always regretted it. So now when I buy, I get what I want at the purchase. Thanks to the guys my car is fully loaded complete with hitch and wiring. The new color is very beautiful, More

Again from the sales professional, Tony Trenteria, who with a few questions was able to locate a vehicle I was interested in. Then listened to my questions and with out pressure brought the deal to a quick close, was outstanding and a pleasure to work with. Scott Persin, the sales manager, drew me into the dealership with a very effective, personalized, direct mail piece. I wasn't looking to buy a new car, but the offer made motivated me to come to the lot. When it was time to close the deal he knew how to counter my offer without quibbling over a few dollars.
