We had such a amazing experience with Omar that when we needed to upgrade due to a growing family, we went right back to Omar at Sterling Honda. He went above and beyond to get us what we needed yet again. We recommend Omar time and time again resulting in good experiences for them as well. We will def be back when it is time for that new truck the hubby wants. More

My experience at Stirling Honda was great with Omar! Initially I was thinking about purchasing another vehicle but realized it wasn't what I wanted. Omar introduced me to the 2015 Honda Crosstour and I Initially I was thinking about purchasing another vehicle but realized it wasn't what I wanted. Omar introduced me to the 2015 Honda Crosstour and I am so glad he did. He was very patient with me as a vacillated between several cars. At one point I thought about giving up my quest but Omar worked with me to arrange for a lower down payment and pay off my trade in that was upside down in equity. Took the Crosstour cross country two days later on my vacation through 10 states. It truly is the nicest car I have ever owned. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to go see Omar because he is really a great guy and seems more like a friend than a salesman to me. More

Great Sales Associate! i was not looking forward to buying a car. I already had a trying experience with my prior car with a saleswoman at Dick Hanna's who didn't listen. I i was not looking forward to buying a car. I already had a trying experience with my prior car with a saleswoman at Dick Hanna's who didn't listen. I had told her I wanted a white car with light interior; she showed me black cars with dark interior. I don't like dark cars with dark interior, I feel like I am in a cave. So when I came to Stirling Honda I wasn't very friendly to the salesman. I told him exactly what I was looking for expecting him to treat me like I didnt know my own mind. I was very pleasantly surprised with Paul Miller. He listened. I he showed me the car I was looking for; explaining that they didn't have one with light interior however that wouldn't be a problem because he would be able to swap a car for the one I wanted. I bought my 2015 Honda CRV EX-L with the navigation system I wanted. Since I had to wait till the next day for delivery, I was given a rental car. Paul took the extra step to make sure the rental car had light interior. Thank you Paul, I appreciate it that you listened to me. Everyone was friendly. It was a very nice experience. More

Better than Oly I was trying to negotiate with a dealer here in Olympia, but was getting the usual treatment. Called Stirling and talked to Kristy who gave me a grea I was trying to negotiate with a dealer here in Olympia, but was getting the usual treatment. Called Stirling and talked to Kristy who gave me a great quote that was still good when I walked into the showroom two days later. She e-mailed me a picture of the car and sent me the specifications sheet so I knew what I was buying. Saved me almost $1200 on a three year lease! Tony was awesome too as he familiarized me with the car and got all the paperwork ready for me to sign. Great crew at Stirling. More

Fabulous SUV My initial meeting was with Arne. I was able to test drive a 2015 CR-V and we discussed the cost and the possible trade-in of my 2006 CR-V. I wante My initial meeting was with Arne. I was able to test drive a 2015 CR-V and we discussed the cost and the possible trade-in of my 2006 CR-V. I wanted to think it over and scheduled a follow-up meeting a few days later. But due to a family emergency, Arne was unable to meet and asked Omar to meet with me. Omar was able answer my questions and began the search for the model and color I wanted. There was a slight delay in obtaining my vehicle because Sterling had to wait for a CR-V to arrive so they could trade for my car. It was well worth the wait! Omar did a great job going over all of the features and making sure I was comfortable before I left the dealership. He has also made a couple of follow-up calls to make sure everything is as I expected. More
