They were willing to discuss with us pros and cons of different options in an objective manner. They also explained us different purchasing options and compare the cost of alternative approaches. They provided us with outmost comprehensive information we needed to make a sound decision about purchasing the car. After we left the dealership, both James and Shane followed up with us through e-mail and telephone to answer any additional questions we had. When we test drove a Subaru Outback, though, we were amazed at its roominess front, back and storage area, along with its smooth, quiet ride. The price cannot be beaten for the quality of this car. Just went in to get the Glass Coat done over the paint job, and the service department detected a flaw in the driver seat. They are ordering the part and will replace it in the next 3 - 4 days. This is the first time a dealer has been so responsive to me in over 40 years. I am a confirmed dealership hater, and they are pretty much winning me over! Service has been professional and courteous in every department, and these are the reasons why I rated them as I did. More
