By the end of the process, it honestly felt like I had gained a friend—she was so kind and easy to work with. Brian, the floor manager, was also very nice, and you can tell the whole team genuinely cares. It wasn’t just my experience either—I noticed how sweet and welcoming all the employees were with every customer in the dealership. Asher in finance was fantastic—very knowledgeable, informative, and he even beat our credit union rate, which was a huge plus. These people are an absolute joke. They are completely incompetent. What a miserable experience. They have yet to be able to completely repair my truck that has been in there numerous They are completely incompetent. What a miserable experience. They have yet to be able to completely repair my truck that has been in there numerous times. They never offer a loaner vehicle. You have to beg them to get them to honor the warranty on a $100,000 truck. I have been trying since December of last year to trade this truck in and they refuse to give me a trade-in value for it or actually complete a build sheet on a custom order truck. I would highly recommend people stay very far away from this dealership. I had my daughter-in-law purchase a bronco sport from them at the end of last year. They waited until the last minute to add an extra $18,000 onto the cost of the vehicle for a bunch of add-ons and options that we did not ask for flat out told them do not include. And told us this was standard procedure did they added to all vehicles. Do not walk but run is far away from this dealership as you possibly can. And just for reference I buy a lot of vehicles I have purchased approximately 40 vehicles from Ford in my short life span. This is the absolute worst dealership there is. More
