Very friendly and welcoming. I wasn’t very pleased with finance. Was told my payment was one number then when I got in finance it jumped up $100 and wasn’t really given a reason I wasn’t very pleased with finance. My experience was great! I was tried and sometimes difficult to work with but everyone done their jobs very well. I get all my services for my Ford at this dealership. His mother did a great job with him. His smile lights up a room and his understanding with his customers the best I have experienced in years. Brandon was very professional and attentive. Ali was also a good professional but I just hate the up sale on maintenance agreements and extended warranty’s.
