Called to make an appointment and even said that I was gonna be a waiter. The appointment was for 11 o’clock previous to that I had gotten a call asking when the mobile team was coming. I told them I did not select that option and they said oh well and didn’t leave me a choice at that point. my wife kept the car because she was going to bring it in. while I was at work they called and said were going to come at 11 AM and they were only 30 mins away to do all the maintenance stuff for the 20,000 mile check up. Then didn’t hear anything for hours so I called them around 130. They then told me again they would be there in 30 minutes. It was already 330 at that point and they still hadn’t showed up so my wife left to come get me and they just happen to come right as she left so they left too then said they would be back shortly. It was probably 6 PM at that point when I was home by the time they came back it was ridiculous. I had selected in person to make sure all the stuff is done properly and for my personal time schedule. as of now I do not plan on using this place again. very unhappy from all sides of your business. I was not happy with my service. . They did not reset my vehicle for the next oil change so my truck is still saying I need to change my oil they did not put anything in the windshiel .
