This is my 3rd time going and it was wonderful the first two times. However, this time when I came it was a mix of communication about what I’m getting done. That’s fine as well. With that, when I came in, it felt like I was not wanted there in a sense I just stood there for a moment. When I did get to Josh, I was told on the phone that I was going get estimates for other things on a sheet of paper. However, I didn’t get that and with the off-put of feeling not welcome I didn’t even ask for it. If wasn’t paying the price for the service of the tune up then it felt like that I wasn’t cared for.
