Well it was Jonathan to the rescue and get my car serviced, he also had a loaner truck I could use after all the mishaps that happened. Bronco Sport was serviced, and they reprogrammed the system. The other issue was actually just me, my error and me hitting the wrong button on steering wheel. Stephen from service helped me out with that portion. Only issue was that my Bronco Sport did not receive complimentary car wash. There are definitely opportunities that could be much better. Shelby reaching out and then not making anything happen. I had to send an email to the owner and General Manager to get action. Also took 3 trips to get my tire fixed and I ended up having to buy a new tire. I thought it would be covered in my lease. That is what I am used too. Luke was very communicative and let me know what was happening. He even followed up by making sure everything was good with the new tire. It definitely took to many trips to get the tire issue resolved. I know how important surveys are since I am in the Customer Service business and since it all did get done after all I gave the 5-star rating. Should not have had to send email to owner and GM to make it happen. Everyone is always friendly when I have brought my Bronco in. However, there is definitely work to be done and improve the experience. More
