My main complaint is 70% of the times I call to schedule a service the people in mobile service department don’t pickup the call. We have had two mobile services thus far and neither have shown up on time a service the people in mobile service department don’t pickup the call. Ethan did a great job and was super easy to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the truck he was selling and I’ve found out while looking at other car lots, that’s usually not the case. As you know you only spend about 50% of your time actually talking about purchasing a car, the other 50% is waiting on financing and paperwork, so small talk is pretty important.
