The tech that came out was excellent. The only negative review I can give is two things. The other one is my review camera continues to freeze up and I backed into a pole because of this causing damage to my truck. The technician did tell that it has a recall on the rear camera, however, when he attempted to update the fixed it was not available by Ford. I think Ford should do the small repair because the camera malfunction. More

Disappointed in their lack of detail. I brought my vehicle in for service and three days later my battery was dead and had to buy a new. The issue caused my wife to get stranded.
