This dealership is horrible with any contact after the sale. We purchased a Blue Oval certified Mustang with a coyote engine that blew up inside of three months after purchase. They sold us a warranty wi sale. We purchased a Blue Oval certified Mustang with a coyote engine that blew up inside of three months after purchase. They sold us a warranty with Warranty Solutions that wouldn't even cover the engine. It was towed in on Christmas Eve and didn't get the vehicle back from them until March 17th. I had so much run around between the service department avoiding me and then Warranty Solutions denied the claim (after going back and forth with the break down of the engine that the warranty company required) due to the car being modified (lowering springs), and they don't cover modified vehicles. During this time, I had emailed the general manager to discuss the situation and got ZERO response from him. NONE. The dealership covered the engine and now over a month later... I'm still waiting on word for the refund of the bad warranty that was sold to me. They offered a refund to the financing company or roll it over into a FORD warranty. I've emailed and texted and left voicemail for sales manager and the finance person that handled our sale. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! . I feel like I've been overly patient. I understand things take time, but this is absolutely RIDICULOUS. More
