We have recently began utilizing the Stivers Fleet service department. Our experience to this point has been amazing. Service manager was accomodating, but appeared to need more help for amount of cars in for service. I boooked an appt for express service (oil change, tire rotation and balance. I was there for 2 hours a more help for amount of cars in for service. I boooked an appt for express service (oil change, tire rotation and balance. I was there for 2 hours and 25 minutes . My expectation would have been around 1 hour to 1.15. Clearly was not an express service. An additional hour was definely not expected. Will definitely consider another dealership when booking my next service More
