Verbal communication isn’t a binding contract and you and your dealership reps know it. This is just another example of car dealerships and car salesman who are making record profits and salaries are taking advantage of customers by charging deposits up front while giving terrible service. After I gave my non binding deposit your salesman’s (Christian Allan) repeatedly ignored my requests for information. Your salesman’s lack of communication gave me no choice but to secure a car elsewhere. Additionally, I even had to reach out to your Sales manager (Eric) because Christian failed to respond to my email requests. He informed me that he put my name on a white car. I didn’t want a white car. Just another instance of your dealership ignoring customers. Im sure you have all of your other customers sign a purchase agreement. But you know I didn’t sign one. Why should I be held to a non-refundable deposit because your salesman failed to do his job by requiring me to sign a binding purchase agreement. I’m sure you have my phone number… feel free to reach out unless of course, you communicate like the rest of your salesman.

I contacted the better business bureau a week or more ago. Stockton 12 still hasn’t responded to their request for information from what I saw online.

The fuel tank shielding was damaged along with the exhaust as well. We believe this is what caused the damage to the bolt threads. Is there a reason the other damage was not mentioned when we were there in person or why it is not listed on the paperwork that has been given to us. The only thing mentioned is the skid plate being damaged and the threads being stripped.
