Kel was very informative in how much a system would be to install ext. and told us the pros and cons of each system. We ended up going with the touring because of all the system does. We were met by two very friendly employees of your dealership. We had bought our previous three cars and the last one, which we traded in, was an exceptional vehicle. The only thing we would like, would be a little longer warranty. The present warranty, if I understand the paperwork, is for 3 years, 35000 miles. Our family had visited other Honda dealerships in the valley and had unpleasant experiences shopping for our new Honda Pilot. We felt that many of these other prominent dealerships treated us in the ste valley and had unpleasant experiences shopping for our new Honda Pilot. We felt that many of these other prominent dealerships treated us in the stereotypical "used car" sales fashion (high pressure, gimmicks, etc.). We initially visited the Stockton 12 dealership because their inventory selection of vehicles was better than other dealerships in the valley, and they had the exact vehicle we were looking for. From the moment we arrived to our departure after the purchase of our 2012 Honda Pilot, the team at Stockton 12 were terrific.
