Got a new car, my last one. Steve Andas and Chris Kim were the best. They treatment fairly and respectfully. I have been in and out of Stockton 12 Honda since March with a recurring engine light. Each time they say the problem is fixed and then the light comes back. I feel like they don't know what they are doing and keep charging me. More

HE ABSOLUTE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH. I went in because I scheduled an appointment with Mason (him and Brandon where the only two people I loved working with!). I was interested DO WITH. I went in because I scheduled an appointment with Mason (him and Brandon where the only two people I loved working with!). I was interested in a lease and had an offer of $750 and $500 to put towards the lease down payment because I am a recent graduate and qualified for the conquest as well. Everything went well that day, I was able to finally get the price I was okay with and since they didn’t have the color I wanted they said they would deliver my car early on Monday morning well before I started work at 12 pm. However, this is when the nightmare started . I was told that the car would be delivered early in the morning (they said it should be around 10:30). So I waited and then I received a text that said that it was not going to be delivered until after 12 because nobody was available to drive down to Ogden with the salesman. They wanted sales people on the floor since apparently they were “low” that day. I called my job and said I would only be 39 minutes late. However, as the day went on hours passed by and soon it was almost 1. I called my job and had to update them (2 more times) that I would be in later. Because of this I got a point on my record. I was extremely frustrated and it wasn’t until I called Chris, a manager there about my car that they said they would soon be on their way. They got to my house past 2. And they had the AUDACITY to tell me that they had given me the wrong vin number so I would have to do the paperwork all over again and then call my insurance to change it again. The vin number they gave me was for the wrong car. When the car was delivered, it was FILTHY. Dusty, and with less than half a tank of gas. The worst part about all of this is their customer service. I would steer clear of this dealership because they DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. It’s all numbers, and some people that actually WORK there said the same thing to me. Their only solution for me was to drive the whole hour just to have my car cleaned and fill up the half tank of gas I would almost lose just driving there and back. They couldn’t even offer free maintenance. They handled my situation by not communicating effectively with each other. literally they said “Uhhh I don’t know what Chris said but I didn’t hear of those arrangements”. As well as LAUGHING AT ME AND SAYING THEY COULD DO NOTHING FOR ME BECAUSE THEY DID “EVERYTHING FOR ME”. STEER CLEAR BC GOD FORBID you have a similar issue they don’t care to solve! Go to other Honda dealerships instead! They just wanted a good review with nothing to show. They said if they gave me a good deal I would have to take a survey and give them all 10s. More
