Great service Went here to get emissions and I was in and out in less than 30 min with on spot renewal done. Quicker than I expected for a dealership. It was clean, had WiFi, and comfy chairs so i cant complain about that. The representative i met with that helped me out, Cody, was very kind and helpful. The guy at the parts store and the guy in the kiosk outside of the garage doors didn’t seem like they were happy to be there though. They didn’t have the part i needed in stock at the parts store which was kind of inconvenient but not something I would leave a negative review for. I just ended up getting the part somewhere else. You’re not going to like my review it isn’t what you told me We bought an Accord last week and had an overall good experience at Stockton Honda but who ever has an excellent experience at a car dealership? No o We bought an Accord last week and had an overall good experience at Stockton Honda but who ever has an excellent experience at a car dealership? No one does because they bend over backwards for one reason, they want you to buy a xxxx car. We feel they stole our trade in, which one typically expects but this was particularly bad and rather insulting. Twice I was told that I need to rate my experiences as excellent, because any other rating is considered a “failure”, I view that as a scare tactic to both their employees and the customer. Whoever came up with that approach needs to be demoted back to used car salesman because it’s a pretty crappy approach. I rarely give an excellent rating because I feel it leaves no room for improvement. Our sales lady was very nice and we went back to Stockton because of her but I hope she will always look for ways to improve. They also made me wait for two hours today while the put floor mats in the car that look they came from Walmart or Kmart. The bottom line is that Stockton Honda is no different than any other dealership and especially when they tell you how to rate them. I would recommend but only because they seem a bit better than some of the others. More
