Bait and Switch in Service Department I came into the service department to replace my battery after calling in to get a quote. I drive a 2016 Honda Pilot Touring and gave the service advi I came into the service department to replace my battery after calling in to get a quote. I drive a 2016 Honda Pilot Touring and gave the service advisor my year, make, model and trim and was quoted a price. Upon coming into the dealership, I was once again quoted the same price by a different service advisor. After waiting two hours, the service advisor came back with a much higher price. Complete bait and switch. Upon talking to a supervisor I was straight up lied to. She told me that my exact year, make, model, and trim has different prices for the battery. Totally not true. Every car of my year make model and trim require the same type of battery. Stay away from this service department. Much more honest dealers in the SLC valley. More

Quick, efficient, friendly. Made appointment with Service Dept. for recall repair. Showed up on time. Aubrey E. checked me in and kept me up to date. Almost could've waited at Service center instead of going home in the interim. They give your car a good free wash too. And they let you know what maintenance items are coming up or past due on your vehicle. More
I left my car on a Sunday afternoon without an appointment. Early Monday morning I received a text from the dealership letting me know they were looking at it.
