10,000 mile service - oil change and tire rotation Brandon took it in when I got there and it was finished more quickly than he estimated. Couldn't have gotten any better. Poor service We dropped our car off at 1130 with a pickup time at 230. At 430 still not ready and had to wait another thirty mins. Initial estimate at $360.00. Total was $750.00 with no call for an updated price by our advisor, Aubrey. Upon arrival our advisor was chewing gum and wearing a nose ring. When asked no answer why we werent call re price change. Our invoice was was tossed to us across the counter and Aubrey appeared she wanted to go home and not answer questions. Our safety point inspection was not ready but when given we were told that the battery was a little low but okay. The next night my wife required a jumpstart due to a dead battery. $750 and she needed a jumpstart the next night. Stockton #12 Honda lost a customer and is not recommended for their service dept. Aubrey's poor professionalism reflects poorly on this dealership. More

Alignment appointment for my Honda Had to wait too long when dropping off my car and when picking it up. Received an email coupon for $79.95 for an alignment. The email stated the regu Had to wait too long when dropping off my car and when picking it up. Received an email coupon for $79.95 for an alignment. The email stated the regular price was $89.95. I showed the technician my email coupon when I got there, and she said they would take it off at the end. When I picked up my car, they had rung it up as $140. Kind of strange since it said on the email the regular Price was $89.95. Then another 12% charge added on for taxes and incidentals. The tech told me it was for “gloves and paper and stuff.” Ridiculous! Just add that into the cost of your service, don’t add it on above and beyond the price you told me! More
