The service and friendliness we received was second to none. Mat was very knowledgable and willing to help in any way he could and answer any questions we had. I was impressed by Stockton to Malone Honda's friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. I spent quite a bit of time looking at Toyoya Corolla and Hyundai Elantra. The salesman offered me a snack and a sof and knowledgeable sales staff. I spent quite a bit of time looking at Toyoya Corolla and Hyundai Elantra. The salesman offered me a snack and a softdrink. None of the other dealerships did anything like that. That certainly adds more value to customer service. The new vehicle pricing was was fair and I was given an adequate amount on the vehicle I traded in. I WILL recommend Stockton to Malone Honda to my friends. More

I had a question about getting something added to the back of the CRV to protect the paint from my dog jumping in and out when Quin called me yesterday to check in with us and Quin was very quick to let me know he would figure out what kind of price and discount he could get for us. We had a great time working with Quin and wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from him and refer him to friends and family. More
Our experience was FANTASTIC! Our salesmen were not pushy, they were very good listeners and tried, then achieved everything we asked for. We had some bumps in the road - for instance when we tried to test drive some of the cars 2 of them had dead batteries and one was out of gas. They were very professional and handled the situation eloquently. We were shopping with a 3 year old who has lots of energy and doesn't sit still very well - they helped entertain him, get snacks, etc. Overall, it was just a great experience. We will definitely be back in the future. More

This was such a pleasure that I never really felt the apprehension that I have always been plagued with during my 50 years of doing business with dealerships. Bruce was excellent, acting just like he wa apprehension that I have always been plagued with during my 50 years of doing business with dealerships. Bruce was excellent, acting just like he was more interested in making and keeping me happy than in selling another vehicle. Tom was very friendly and well organized. The financial portion was flawless and smooth. I have dealt with Christie for years in the service department. She is an outstanding employee, friendly, extremely helpful and knows more about Honda vehicles than the guys who designed them. In addition, she is just a very, very nice person. I hate to lose her as my personal service advisor, but if you do not promote her to department head, you are going to make a huge mistake. She will remake the service department into her own image, and this will be very good for the customers and the dealership. She brooks no errors or maltreatment on the part of anyone. I would suggest that you assign Bruce to evaluate the entire sales force and anyone who does not meet his standards goes out the door. All of this from a retired plant manager with years of experience with people in sensitive and not so sensitive positions. Thank you all for making this a pleasant experience for both me and my wife.
