The floor manager greeted me immediately upon arrival to the dealership and a sales rep arrived quickly after. The sales rep asked me what type of vehicle I was interested in purchasing and was very attentive to my needs and my specific situation. My dad had come along with me to help with the decision making process, but even so, the sales rep listened to me and my needs as I was the purchaser of the vehicle. He was not dismissive of my comments or concerns like I had experienced at other dealerships that same day. When it came down to the actual purchase process, I told him exactly what my budget was and the terms I wanted to be met and he and the financing team were able to get me that exact deal.
