!!!Do not buy from here, they are the most unprofessional dealership I have been to!!! I visited this dealership to purchase a Veloster N last week. As they're in short supply of this vehicle; they required that I have my credit checked prior to a test drive and to agree to the price of the vehicle. I agreed to both of those, and when the time came to do the test drive, the sales manager brought out a new price sheet that included the MRSP and a $2995 markup that we had agreed on, and additionally had ann Item called StarGuard as an "option". He explained to me that even though it was listed as an option, the sales manager would not sell me the vehicle without it, effectively making this a Mandatory option. They refused to let me test drive the car, even after running my credit per their "policy". A few days later, I received a text message where they were offering me the vehicle (apparently it had not sold to any of the "3 or 4 buyers" the had lined up), when I told them about my negative experience and that I would only come back if they were willing to sell the care without the hidden mandatory "options" the only reply from Brian Blakey was "lol". If only I could upload the screenshots.... Do not buy from here, they are the most unprofessional dealership I have been to. Take your money elsewhere, you should not deal with xxxxxxxx like these guys. More

Employees are not very helpful. They don't tell you anything unless and until you ask them. Also I always had a prepaid maintenance for my vehicle, whenever I go in for a scheduled service they'll try anything unless and until you ask them.
