I understand they were short staffed but somebody at least should have greeted us and told us the situation. We allegedly had an appointment with a specific salesman who was not around. The detailing was not complete even though the salesman told the detailer to take care of a few things. Extra accessories were thrown in the back in a jumbled way. At least one window is not clean as it should be. More

I come here for oil changes. Usually its fairly quick. Today I had an appointment as usual, on a Wednesday morning. It also took me three separate times of calling the dealership to get an appointment, couldn't reach anyone. Previously, someone has always answered. They're friendly, just not quick.
