We were greeted as soon as we stepped on the lot by Andre with a welcoming smile . I was super excited there was no wait . He wasn't pushy trying to sell me cars i didn't want , he asked what i wanted in a car and delivered just that . i was only there for about 3 hours which is way faster then any other time I've tried to buy . I am overall very happy with my visit . More

Wonderful buying experience! A family friend used to work there and when I was going to buy at my job, my dad wasn't comfortable with the numbers I was given. So I had to ask CJ i A family friend used to work there and when I was going to buy at my job, my dad wasn't comfortable with the numbers I was given. So I had to ask CJ if it was worth it. He told me with those numbers I could get a new car. He made a call and told me to meet up with him after work to get the new car. He picked it out for me and had selected a wonderful salesman for me. Alex took me out for a test drive and was knowledgable with what my soon to be car had. The staff asked me what I'd like to do... If I wanted to drive away in my new whip and come back the next day for detail or have them keep it til the next day to detail it... The staff was super friendly. It was such a fast buying experience for me. (It'd take my dad a full day to get a car. Glad he didn't come with me and had CJ take car of me) after I bought my car I told my brother to go see them. In a few months, he'll be in to get his car there. The afterwards follow ups was super sweet and friendly. One of the BDC and Alex followed up up politely to let me know that they needed some paper works. They waited for me and didn't harass me like how other BDC/salesperson does @ other places. I love my car and I'm so grateful to have done business with them! More

Did not honor online price This was probably the weirdest experience I have ever had trying to buy a new car. The 2015 Sonata SE we wanted was priced at about 17K online(for abo This was probably the weirdest experience I have ever had trying to buy a new car. The 2015 Sonata SE we wanted was priced at about 17K online(for about a week), but when we called to say we wanted to buy it, the manager (Joey) said they had priced it in error and not to bother to come. We were coming from Reno, so they would make sure to change the price before we could get there. Aside from not wanting to honor the online advertised price, the really strange thing was this manager told us not to bother to drive down and that they did not want to sell us this car, or for that matter, any other car. He did not offer other cars as alternatives and did not even seem interested in seeing if we wanted the car at the corrected price. He went on to say we should be buying locally, instead. Really?!??? I have never had a car dealership actively discourage me from buying a car and insist that it is better for us to buy a car somewhere else. As it so happens, the type of car we want (PZEV) is very hard to find in our state, unlike in California, which is why we were headed there in the first place. It is a mystery as to how these folks stay in business with that attitude. I can promise you that their competitors will not be refusing to honor listed prices and making us feel unwelcome, and we will be buying a new Sonata from one of them this week for sure. More
