Completely blown away by how great my car buying experience went with Stohlman Subaru! I have given this high rating to these individuals because they were especially helpful from the start - esp Tom. Before this vehicle, I owned a Mitsubishi Sontero sport, however, it was almost 11 years old and I needed to replace it. From my first test drive to the final paperwork, he helped me out by reviewing the paper process and what he needed from me. The price of the vehicle, added items like navigation and rear view camera, etc., the fog lights, driver's seat and how to adjust it, radio, plus free Sirrus for three months, miles per gallon, type of oil and change it only every 7500 miles or time in-between, pls other items too numerous to write up. Also, and very important to me was the cost of the vehicle minus monies off for being a good customer for over 20 plus years, my trade-in and my down-payment, which would be give me an idea of what my down payment might be if I bought it. Well, I bought it and I couldn't be happier with it. Its a dream to drive, the pick-up is great in traffic and the brakes really take hold when I apply them in the Route 7 - Tyson's traffic rush hour driving. Once again, it was terrific working with all of the members of the Subaru team , but especially Tom. Also want to commend Richie Hanna and Ryan Jones as well as your finance officer. More

Joshua Jay was very knowledgeable about all the product lines at Stohlman. I looked at various vehicles; the Tiguan, Subaru Outback and Subaru XV Crosstrek; he was able to answer any question I asked and w lines at Stohlman. He spent a lot of time helping me choose which vehicle and trim level that best suited my needs. Joshua was very patient in handling my questions for a buyer unfamiliar with VW or Subaru. Even though he was aware that I was not going to make a purchase on my 1st visit, due to I was researching other makes and models from other manufactures. He was very mellow while I looked and test drove all the different vehicles and did not pressure me to make a purchase. Joshua Jay followed up with me the next day to see if I had made a decision, and if any of the vehicles I had driven was the winner. I explained to him that I still had a few more questions about the Subaru XV Crosstrek and options and colors, he did not hesitate to research and call me back within the hour with all my answers and sent an email with the pricing. Unfortunately they did not have the exact vehicle on the lot, but he was able to find one and have it on the lot within 48 hours. The finance staff reviewed all the aftermarket products and extended warranties available but did not attempt to push like most car dealerships. Joshua made sure that I was comfortable while we went through all of the paperwork. He had the car detailed and parked in the front of the building. I was absolutely blown away from the level of customer service and professionalism Joshua displayed. He invested a significant amount of time from the test drive to the delivery going above and beyond. Throughout the process Joshua kept a smile on his face and maintained a great sense of humor!
