I recently purchased a new VW Jetta at Stohlman and had a great experience with the sales team. Javan's knowledge of VWs and his genuine enthusiasm for the brand made me feel confident and comfortable that I was learning all the pros and cons of the different vehicles we examined. I never felt undue pressure to purchase. Javan patiently answered all my questions, no matter how silly or repetitive they were. He was also patient and friendly with my two kids whom I dragged along on a few test drives. I also greatly appreciate Javan 's willingness to go the extra mile to find a car with all the options I was looking for -- even though it was located at another dealership -- and bringing it to Stohlman within one day. Lastly, I also believe that Stohlman gave me an excellent deal on the price. I can easily say that my car-buying experience at Stohlman was the best of the four I've had in my lifetime. More

Nermin is AWESOME!!! I've been shopping for an EOS since May. I've been to dealers in Greensburg, PA (where I'm from) and all over the DC/NOVA area. He went 100% out of his way to work with me to get the amazing deal I wanted and as of last night I am driving a super hot 2013 EOS because of Nermin and the hard work he did for me. I met with sales reps from other local dealerships and even went on test rides with them, but Nermin was super nice and positive in all of his emails and calls to me. I wanted an EOS and was getting one no matter what, but Nermin made me want to buy it from Stohlman -- which was out of my way.... I actually live 1 mile from another VW dealer, but I will definitely be having mine serviced and buying my next one from Nermin! I did not have a trade-in so Nermin drove to pick me up and bring me to the dealership so that I didn't have to get a taxi or bother a friend during DC rush-hour. The deal is done and he no longer needed to sell me anything, but still took the time to call me today just to see how I am enjoying the EOS and if I had any questions about it etc... Randall got straight to the point and was willing to get to the price I had decided on pretty quickly and without much push back. He was the only salesman willing to find exactly the car I wanted (Premium with Harmon/Kardon stereo in the right color, etc) and was willing to drive up to Maryland to get it a day or two later without making me pay more for the work the dealership had to do. The business office was friendly and I did not feel like they were trying to trick me into buying some junk I didn't need, while at the same time doing a good job explaining what the services they offered would provide. The financing was great, and I look forward to going back to have work done by the service department. More
