Chris took the time to show me the features of the Forester on a test drive, allowed me to test drive it with my family, and then helped us select the best model for my needs. He did not try to sell us a more expensive model that I did not need, and my family and I appreciated his tailored approach to helping us. We shopped and test drove on one day, and Chris had the exact car I wanted delivered from PA the very next day! I plan to do all my service and maintenance at Stohlman and would highly recommend the dealership and brand! More

The first dealership we went to offered us a decent deal, but we were pretty unhappy about their customer service. Then, Chris called (apparently, the iMotor website notified all Subaru dealerships near us). From the moment we started talking to Chris, we immediately realized "this is THE guy we want to deal with!". Chris offered an outstanding deal and he made sure we would get anything ( seriously, anything!) we wanted. We loved every single step of this process and that's mainly because of the way Chris helped us. He treated us like old friends! More

Before making the 1.5 hour one-way trip to the dealership, we called to verify the availability, condition and price we desired. Our contact, Saad Laouaouda, assured us of the great condition and negotiated the price to where we were motivated to make the trip to test drive & hopefully acquire the car. Once we arrived and gave the auto a spin & inspection, we were assured that all was as promised. There were no surprises. Even the paperwork part of the process was very quick. Terrific Experience at Stohlman VW - First Time Buyer This was my first time ever buying a car and because of this had some pre-conceived fears and reservations about interacting with dealerships. My expe This was my first time ever buying a car and because of this had some pre-conceived fears and reservations about interacting with dealerships. My experience at Stohlman debunked every fear/reservation I had very quickly, due primarily to my experience working with Tom Ryan, Trent Norris and Sam Kasraie. I had a great time working with these folks and would strongly recommend this dealership to anybody purchasing a vehicle. In short, I was very impressed with every aspect of the car buying process. Tom Ryan was the sales person I worked with, and he left me feeling very confident in my decision to move forward with the 2016 Passat R-Line. During the sales process, I experienced virtually zero pressure from Tom; I feel that I was treated with significant respect during each of my four visits and could not have asked for a more painless car-buying experience. Additionally, communications from Tom were well-timed and non-intrusive. After my first interaction with Tom, it was clear to me that he would be a trusted adviser throughout the entire process. When it came to sourcing the car I wanted, Trent was exceptional in this regard. Because I had very specific demands for the color, packages and timing of receiving the car, I was worried about receiving the correct vehicle. Trent went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted, and in the end was able to source the vehicle from North Carolina. The dealership was able to turn around this request very quickly, which I was impressed with given the requirements I had listed for the vehicle. My experience with the Finance team at Stohlman was perfectly consistent with the high degree of moral fiber and respect demonstrated by the other lines of business at the dealership. Reflecting on my interactions with Sam, he created a very comfortable and honest atmosphere for a traditionally challenging element of the sales process. Sam was not only patient and respectful of my financial concerns , but he took significant measures to ensure I knew exactly what I was purchasing. He was diligent in addressing all financial aspects, from the extended warranty to the monthly payment amount. I would strongly recommend Stohlman Volkswagen to anybody who is purchasing a vehicle. Long distance car buying experience went without a glitch! We found our 2013 VW Beetle Convertible through an on-line search in the color combination & trim package we wanted, with only 10,000 miles! We were able to pre-apply & confirm our intent to purchase before we drove up from the Outer Banks of NC to pick up on a Saturday morning. Our salesman was Saad Laouaouda, and he gave us excellent customer service. He answered all our questions in advance, took pictures of the vehicle & sent them to us, got the dealership to hold the vehicle for 2 days until we could make the trip up, and had the car detailed, filled up, and ready for us to test drive when we arrived at 8:45am on Saturday morning. Saad took the time to explain the vehicle to us, demonstrated the cover for the convertible top & installed the wind deflector so we would know how. The paperwork went smooth, Saad & his manager Marcus Turner made good internal communications with the business office, and had us on the road at 11:00am in our new vehicle. All in all, thanks to Saad's professionalism, we had a great out-of-state car-buying experience & all promises were kept. More

I did a test drive with Chris at which point I communicated my intention to buy. We subsequently maintained communication by cell and text for a few days. Before telling Chris I decided on a car and am coming in at lunch to buy it, he prepared all documents. The negotiation was a no Brainerd and the entire process took less than two hours. Chris even went himself to pick up the car from their sister dealership in Sterling. I still keep in touch with Chris an will definitely definitely return to do business with him. More

I requested quotes from several Subaru dealers in the area via their internet sales department. Of all the dealers, Al Shibly from Stohlman Subaru was the easiest to work with in answering questions over the phone. Al was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and open, I did not have to go through multiple individuals to get the necessary information about the vehicle, pricing, and financing. Encouraged by these initial interactions, I visited the dealership for a test drive and ask additional questions. Throughout this process, the approach of no-pressure, detailed responses to concerns, and easy negotiations on price made for an amazing car purchase experience. Al shattered my earlier perceptions of a car salesman. I highly recommend Al and this dealership. More
