The nightmare stories of people's experiences buying a car did not make me eager to jump into a dealership and buy a car...but I did on Memorial Day. I walked in and Neils Ribeiro greeted me at the door. Rather than being pushy, arrogant and condescending, Neils was patient, listened to what I needed in a car and really helped me find the car I wanted. We worked together over a 2 day period (I came back on Tuesday to make the final decision and finish things up) - it did take many hours (6+ over 2 days), but I never got frustrated, upset or annoyed with Neils or the process. I never felt pressured. I felt like he was really working hard to find the car I needed, not the one he/Stohlman wanted me to buy. He really listened and helped me figure out the car and accessories I liked/didn't like. Although I finished with financing late on Tuesday (after 9pm), Neils made sure we took the car for a test run together to show me how things worked and where things were. Neils is a consummate professional. His soft spoken and gentle approach to sales is refreshing and he provided a very high level of client service. I am loving my new car and really appreciate the wonderful service Neils provided. More

The location of the dealership is extremely convenient, the facility is beautiful, remodeled, and very welcoming, the staff's performance/knowledge is at the top level of service that one could ask for. My sales associate was Javan Jackson his helpfulness, thoroughness, and dedication to making sure I drive off with the exact car that I wanted made my buying experience all that much more pleasurable. As soon as I got to the dealership I immediately started to look around. There are so many amazing cars to choose from but yet I just could not find the one that was the perfect fit for me. Then I saw it my next car!! A beautiful black 2015 Jetta Sport, gorgeous wheels, two tone leather, and a navigation system boy was I hooked. The smell, the look, and the feel of the car it had to be the one, I had to have it. Well much to my disappointment the car was being held for another buyer. Javan and the amazing sales associate he is patiently and energetically showed me car after car and we even test drove a Passat. My heart however was set on that Jetta. When I was almost ready to give up or possibly settle on a different car to my very happy surprise Javan and his manager Jamie went above and beyond for me and worked that fabulous magic they do and I was able to drive off in that exact Jetta Sport that I wanted and originally saw. The excellent customer service did not stop there looking for a car takes a while and time flies before I knew it, it was around 8:45 PM instead of asking me to come back to complete the paperwork and all financial aspects of buying a car I was brought over to financing team and meet Hesham he politely and without rushing me out of the building explained all the terms of my financial agreement and made sure I had no questions before we were finished. I was also able to meet a couple of the members of the service team, including a very knowledgeable service writer named Sharon she was extremely polite, very welcoming, and handed me her business card and assured me that if I had any questions or concerns I could call immediately I look forward to being able to schedule my first maintenance visit on my gorgeous 2015 Jetta Sport. A huge thank you to the entire Stohlman staff that made my buying experience a very pleasurable one. More
