Easy Sale and great after purchase customer service My 19 year old son was purchasing his first car and I initially contacted Stohlman about a used car I saw online. The car did not meet my specifications so the salesman Julio asked me what exactly I was looking for and then asked me if it would be okay if he sent me car prospects if he found something he felt would suit my needs. I appreciated that he asked for permission and he did not overwhelm me with emails. He did find a car that my son was interested in and we ended up purchasing this car. Unfortunately the radio stopped working shortly after we left the dealership but Julio had us bring it back twice to give the service dept. an opportunity to fix it. The Saturn also ended up being part of the big GM ignition recall so we decided to wait until parts were available to see if the radio was affected by the recall issue. Two months went by before the GM dealership had the parts and well after I purchased the car from Stohlman. The radio still didn't work after the ignition parts were installed and GM surmised that the radio was broken. They were willing to put a new one in for $540 so I took the car to Best Buy and they installed a new one for $325. Since my son doesn't have a lot of disposable income in his wallet I thought I would call Stohlman and inquire if they would help him offset the cost even though it had been months since the sale and we bought the car "as is". Pierre Ndiaye, the used sales manager listened to my story and without hesitation asked me if a check for $200 would be acceptable. Overall the buying experience at this dealership was pleasant and Pierre did the right thing as a manager. This is how businesses keep customers. A lot of used car lots can be unprofessional and seedy - I would recommend Stohlman as a reputable, professional business. More

We have never, ever, experienced such a smooth, efficient, friendly transaction as we did with Randall at Stohlman. We walked into the dealership at 4 p.m. on a Sunday, they closed in an hour; we knew what we wanted and Randall got us exactly that, even though it was late in the day we were treated so well. We were able to close the deal in less than 1.5 hours! Amazing! We are so happy with our new Outback and we cannot say enough good about the buying experience. More

He knew a lot about the model, but didn't come across as a know-it-all. If he didn't know the answer he didn't try and xx me. He went and asked someone else. He's assisted me several times, post sale, with things here and there. I'll be seeing him for my next vehicle. I would recommend him to friends/family or anyone who was looking at Subaru's. Unexpected weekend! We must test drove 3-4 models, and over and over all day long...She knew I wasn't in the market, but convinced me to test drive an Outback . As my friend and Thomas Calvert were discussing the cars she test drove & weekend promos, I said "what's the specials on Outbacks?".... So lets just say I drove off the lot with a 2014 Outback Subaru and My friend did not buy one. But the next day we returned and she drove off the lot with a Crosstrek! I absolutely love my Subaru. Great Experience I went to Stohlman to look at a Forrester. I live in DC so did not really want to buy in Vienna, but because I was at Tysons I stopped in.
