I had a great experience buying my first Subaru here and Randall was wonderful. I was serious about getting a car but I was not 100% set on Subaru. I was just at the Toyota dealership and just happened to see the Subaru dealership on my way home and drove in on a whim. It was late in the day and I really was not thinking I would be successful in getting a car that day. So, he had to be extra awesome and efficient to result in my buying a car! He washed and put gas in the gleaming car and parked it out front to look at when I went to pick up the car and explained the service schedule and features of the car patiently. Very good experience! We had a great experience recently when purchasing our Certified 2012 Jetta. We saw the Jetta on their website, and the price was great. The price and service was well worth the drive, priced thousands less than we could find locally. TJ was great, answered all our questions and made the process very easy. The price was exactly as promised, and no hidden fees like a lot of the other dealers. This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. I went around to every Subaru dealership in the greater DC area to look for the right place to order a Subaru STI. All the dealerships it felt like no one really took me seriously or didn't really care abo DC area to look for the right place to order a Subaru STI. All the dealerships it felt like no one really took me seriously or didn't really care about helping me because they knew STIs basically sell themselves, but I never felt like I found a place to spend my money. I went to the Tysons Subaru dealership to talk to them and see what they were about. I met David and he was by far the most helpful sales person I met from all the Subaru dealership. He didn't talk to me like he just wanted to collect money from me, rather he sounded genuinely excited that he was selling a STI. Because of this reason I decided to order my car through him. He kept me updated on the status of the car coming in from Japan and he even match the price (actually gave me a little cheaper price) of the car when I found another one (in a different color even) for a lower price. Just the over all experience I had with David was great. You can tell that he really believes in Subarus and he really loved the STI. I even had a friend go there to look at a car and he had the same experience with David. I definitely recommend David for anyone looking to buy a Subaru. This is my 3rd Subaru and when I buy another one, I hope to buy it from him. More

The finance guy presented us with different choices for maintenance, which we declined. He acted shocked that we would not want to join up. I finally told him that if it is going to take $150 per month to maintain my brand new car then I probably had the wrong car. I told him that I owned a Toyota with 160,000 miles on it and it does not require that much maintenance. Then he backed off. More
