Extremely personable and friendly staff. Greeted me right away, got me the cars I wanted to test drive and got me on the road. No one was pushy or too 'salesy' with me and they just let the car do the right away, got me the cars I wanted to test drive and got me on the road. No one was pushy or too 'salesy' with me and they just let the car do the talking. When it came down to discussing price, they were very reasonable and easy to work with. They understood I was going to test drive other cars, so they gave me a great price right away and then let me go out the door to continue test driving other cars. A few days later, when I had test driven all the cars I wanted to, I e-mailed the VW team and figured out a price I was happy with, came in and picked up my new car. The whole experience was very relaxing and easy and I'll definitely be buying my next VW from them. I love my Passat and can't wait to get back in the car every day. More
