We used Autobytel to begin our search for a 2014 VW Touareg. We appreciated Javan Jackson's friendly, informative approach to the VW product and his quick response to my Autobytel request. Other VW dealerships were vague, did not address my request for pricing, or were insistent that we come in to investigate inventory. Over the next month my husband and I also went to other competitor brand dealerships, BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, and Audi, to help rule out their vehicles. While this discovery took a while, Javan and his manager Erik never gave us the 'hard sell' which we very much appreciated. We consider ourselves to be informed buyers and did our homework. The price and service we have received from Stohlman Automotive, thus far, have been fabulous. We highly recommend this dealership, and especially Javan, if you want to purchase a VW.
