I am giving Stokes Honda a 5 star rating for two reasons. 1.: the grate quality of the Honda Fit and 2.: The salesmanship of Tony Pirozzi Jr. Within the first 3 minutes of our meeting Tony explained to us that customers come back to Stokes because they are treated friendly, fairly and made to feel like they belong and after it was all said and done, he had backed up every word. From Tony, to the receptionist, to the Finance Manager Jerry?(sorry, I forget his name). I feel we now have 3 new friends at Stokes Honda and that’s hard to do these days while having to deal with such a me, me, me society! All they had to do is be nice and honest, but noooo.... they had to win our friendship tooo!!! lol... That’s a great extra we weren't expecting! All the way home Dee kept calling me on her cell phone and telling me how she noticed something else about the Fit that was so cool! I smiled all the way home. Anyone that makes my wife happy is a friend of mine because Dee works very hard and always has others first in mind before herself. We are totally pleased with our purchase because of how much we think the Fit is a great compact and also for Tony going that extra step to befriend us. That Saturday we were also deciding on going with a Granger Honda '09 Fit with the Navigational System because they had a good deal on the table too, but Tony showed us that it's not all about "just" selling a car... it's about making sure the customer is getting something they want and at a fair price. Granger was nice too but not on the same level as Tony. We instantly felt like he let us into his life and what he is all about!
