The requested vehicle, CRV-EX, was promptly delivered then inspected and cleaned before release to me. Perhaps one of the most valuable services provided was the complete "tutorial" given by Mr. Pirozzi and Mr. Fermin for this new owner which involved the mechanical and operating features of my vehicle.
