Stokes Mazda was extremely accomadating. They provided transportation for me to and from work while they serviced my car. Additionally, their price was more reasonable than my estimate from a service area transportation for me to and from work while they serviced my car. Additionally, their price was more reasonable than my estimate from a service area closer to home. Definately worth the trip. I am glad to have bought my car from Stokes Mazda! Got there without appointment and quickly checked in by Mr. Kent. Went in for a 50k service check. Was not pressured to get anything done that I did not need. Pleasantly surprised at how little maintenance my car needs even after 50k miles. I appreciate knowing I can believe what I am told by my service techs. You can buy a car anywhere, how you are treated for the years after is what makes a dealership credible. More
After selling a new car we learned that ours had 450 miles on it. We did not get the test drive the car as a big screw was protruding the tire. When we did took delivery of the car after the tire ware replaced the allignment was way off. They fixed it and and after 12000 miles the tires were completely gone. The allignment was so bad that we had to get new tires. Good Year paid half ($600) they paid 3 oil changes. Than the warrenty ended as we were told the car was titled before. My wife raised xxxx and they reinstated the warranty. After replacing some major parts we quickly traded the car and now we are fighting to get a refund on GAP insurance from them. After many emails with Mazda USA we got some feedback and told that it takes 4 to 6 weeks to process and to mark our calender. Never again. More
I've been using Stokes Mazda for over a year and a half now and this is the only place I'll take my car to in charleston besides doing the work myself. The quality of their work has always been exceptiona now and this is the only place I'll take my car to in charleston besides doing the work myself. The quality of their work has always been exceptional and as far as customer service is concerned, they really go above and beyond what's required of them. Of any service department I've used for any length of time, I've had the best overall experience at this location, especially when working with either Kent or Sid. I'd recommend these guys to anyone and will continue going here for any repairs or services I need while still living in Charleston. More
Kent linked us to Anthony to buy a new 2012 Mazda5 and to trade in our used car. Anthony was great to work with and got us the price we needed to trade our care for the new vehicle. I had a great experience when buying my 2009 Mazda 6 and bought the extended warranty. But 4 months into purchasing the car now all these things aren't covered under my warranty. My car now has electrical problems and exhaust problems. The dealership was not very helpful in talking to me about how to resolve the issue, just that i needed to pay the money. When I pull up my warranty information that says it's covered they still fight me on it. I had wonderful service in buying the car but it's too bad that it really was just lipservice. I wish I had known more about how the dealership is after you've purchased the car. More

Given poor experiences in the past dealing with car dealerships I was hesitant to check them out but thanks to a great experience a co-worker dealer. Needless to say, this time around buying a vehicle was a much more pleasant experience. The staff were knowledgeable and courteous. From my initial sales contact (Christy) to my on the floor experience with Bruce (and his boss Drew) everything was low-pressure and friendly. The team listened to my needs and helped me select a used KIA that fit my budget and my needs. More
