Untrustworthy Service My spouse took her 2012 toyota vehicle in for service (oil change), she gets a Quality Vehicle Inspection report that indicates that her tire tread is My spouse took her 2012 toyota vehicle in for service (oil change), she gets a Quality Vehicle Inspection report that indicates that her tire tread is in in the Yellow (indicating further attention required) and that her brakes were also worn requiring further attention. This is disappointing news considering that new Michelin tires and new brakes were put on her vehicle less than 30 days ago. I had new tires and brakes installed on her vehicle for safety as she travels quite a bit and her peace of mind, and then the service department gives her this bogus report or simply trying to take advantage. Do they really think customers are stupid? What a shame. More
