I came to this dealership because I have a long history of dealing with them. I bought my first Toyota back in January of 1989 when the dealership was was known as Magic Toyota. I now have a 2005 Camry and I brought it in to have the 120,000 mile service done on it.However, they did a thorough inspection and found that I had a transmission line leak , my brake pads were in serious need of replacing and some other problems. Because the wait time would be long, they offered me shuttle service to and from shopping center. Overall, even though I ended up spending more than I anticipated, I still would DEFINITELY reccommend this dealership to friends and relatives! Cudos to Bret Whiteside, (the service manager) and his employees for a job well done! More

Purchased a 2011 Tundra. I was in the market for a full size truck and Alan Fox is the "truck expert". I was undecided between the Tundra and another make and it was his taking the time to allow me to drive, ask questions and throughly go over the features of the Tundra that sold me on purchasing it. I have purchased several Toyota's from this dealership and have no regrets. One of the owners (Mr. Brown)is always available at the dealership and is very customer service oriented. More
Ms.Wendy Gilbert and Mr. Grady Johnson provided "EXCELLENT" customer service. To walk into a dealership and for someone to make you feel as if you were literally at home is a blessing. Their patience was unbelievable especially when just a week before coming to the dealership I was at another dealership and they barely spent five minutes with me before sending me back out the door. Mr.Grady and Ms.Wendy never gave up on me they searched and searched until a way was made I will be forever grateful especially for Ms. Wendy to come in on her day off to finish assist me with the sale the following day. I will recommend people to come to Stokes Brown Toyota. I never had a dealership to call and ask how is everything going after the purchase that was very nice and thoughtful. All of the employees at Stokes-Brown have been very courteous and professional to me during my visits. I have found Ms. Wanda Hardee to be outstanding in her knowledge, friendliness and concern to deta courteous and professional to me during my visits. I have found Ms. Wanda Hardee to be outstanding in her knowledge, friendliness and concern to details. She explains everything that is to be done and when the job is complete she calls me promptly to pick up my vehicle. I am always offered a bottle of water or invited to have coffee or tea. More

No problem with the recall, but he found that the calipers were frozen.He worked on them and tried to free them up, but they were really stuck. Parts were ordered, and I was given a rental car, which was great because I had to go the airport in Savannah to pick up a friend. I sure did feel much safer in a good rental. By the time the parts came in Danny had managed to get the calipers unfrozen. He then fixed my brakes and replaced the other parts that were needed. I did not realize how bad my brakes had gotten. If it weren't for Danny, I might have had a serious accident. Julie was above and beyond too. She took care of as if I were her sister.I had the rental car for 2 days....no charge; and because Danny managed to release the calipers, my bill was about half of what it would be. I have thanked them for caring so much and taking such good care of me, but it seems worthy of more. I do believe the Lord blessed be in this situation and allowed me to go to Stokes the same day I was to go to the airport. Hallelujah! Thank You Vivian Lee Carrier More
